Do I get to choose my meals?
Minimum order is 2 MEALS per delivery. We have 4 different meals each day, so you can choose which ones you'd like to receive OR you would like to receive all!
Can I pause/cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can pause your plan by simply texting our Line OA: @plantiful.bkk before 12PM the day before your scheduled delivery. Order changes/cancellations must be made via LINE OA only!
How are my meals delivered?
We have a fleet of Plantiful messengers delivering fresh meals all over Bangkok and the vicinity area! Messengers will call upon arrival at the address given.
Where do you deliver to and when?
We deliver NATIONWIDE!

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery when they arrive?
You do not have to be home to receive delivery. Just let us know where to hand over the meals, for example, at the jurisdiction office/hotel reception/security guard. We will notify you via Line OA once delivery has been made.
what sources of protein will i get from eating a plant-based diet, and what is the protein count on each meal?
Plant proteins in our meals are mainly nuts, seeds & legumes (Chickpea, Quinoa, Lentils, Beans). The protein count per meal is 15-20g.
This is definitely enough for an average person. However, different people have different opinions and personal goals. The minimum intake we believe is 0.8g/kg of your body weight. For athletes and body builders, we would recommend adding extra protein sachet to your plan.
Would plant-based diet help achieve weight loss?
Definitely! Eating mainly plants high in fiber, phytonutrients will help reset your body and get rid of toxins and excess fats.
To achieve weight loss, we would recommend you to have no more than 1,200calories/day with a combination of daily exercise routine.
Would plant-based diet help me achieve a clear and beautiful skin?
Yes absolutely. Skin problems are largely due to dairy, meat and sugar intake. Our meal plans are 100% FREE OF DAIRY, NO PROCESSED SUGARS (we use honey & organic cane sugar), and of course MEAT-FREE.
Moreover, to achieve beautiful skin, we would recommend you to select meals with dark leafy greens (spinach, kale) and also meals with cruciferous vegetables containing sulforaphane (broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, etc).
HOW dO WE WASH OUR VEGETABLES?
We generally triple wash our vegetables in addition to using our Ozone machine.
What type of oils and sweeteners does Plantiful use?
OILS: extra virigin olive oil, olive oil, coconut oil and sesame oil
SWEETENER: honey, organic cane sugar, brown sugar (for sweets only)
Is your meal plan suitable for elders and ill people?
We believe that plant-based diet is good for everyone! We even believe that the correct consumption of plants will help treat illnesses. However, we cannot recommend which meals will be suitable for which patient. It is best to get recommendations from doctors.
